Pilates Private Lesson (Register at the Front Desk)
A one-on-one lesson with a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor. This lesson will review the Five Basic Principals of the STOTT Pilates method and introduces the participant to the Reformer, the set up and how it is used in a class format. The lesson also includes a postural analysis and assessment of individual goals.

Reformer Group Class (Register at the Front Desk)
A class performed on the most popular piece of Pilates’ equipment; the reformer. A full body workout that focuses on improving flexibility and core strength with exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups. Capacity is 4 people and participants must take one private lesson as an orientation prior to signing up.
