Balance & Stretch: Stand tall and walk with confidence in this class designed to improve on your balance and flexibility. This class will help you overcome your fear of falling.

Chair Yoga: Exercises to nourish the nervous system, promote circulation, and boost the immune system. Great for seniors, those with arthritis, recovering from illness or injury.

Core Vinyasa Yoga: Participants focus on accessing and activating their core during the class.

Foam Roller: By using your own body weight on a foam roller you can perform a self-massage or myofascial release, break up trigger points, and soothe tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. Foam rollers can also be used in all facets of a training session to enhance strength, stabilization, balance, and coordination. It is a great tool for increasing your core strength. This class is appropriate for all Fitness Levels.

Fundamental Yoga: An essentials class that focuses on standing & balancing poses to strengthen & open the hips, legs, back & shoulders. Simple movements to help increase the range of motion of the major joints. All combined with stretching and strengthening.

Iron Yoga: An intense, full-body workout utilizing dumbbells for upper-body weight-training exercises, while performing a series of power yoga poses to strengthen the core and lower body.

Mat Pilates: A mat based workout designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability. Props may be added to session to increase challenge.

Multi-Level Yoga: All fitness levels are welcome to this dynamic yoga class. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, modifications can be made.

Prenatal Yoga: This Hatha style yoga class will incorporate appropriate postures to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, exercise the spine, and increase overall comfort within the body. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to a new awareness of the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby.

Sunrise Yoga: Welcomed the new day with a gentle yoga class focusing on your breath and body awareness.

Tai Chi: Gain balance; achieve stress relief, and increase strength and flexibility with this ancient form of Chinese meditative exercise.

Therapeutic Yoga: Somatics & Gentle Yoga, with an emphasis upon breath. A foundational approach for greater body/breath awareness. Reduce stress and increase coordination.

Vinyasa Yoga: Build strength while flowing from pose to pose, holding each poses only briefly. Variations are given for making each position more or less challenging to suit every skill level. Connecting breathing with moving is essential in these sessions.

Yoga: Improve flexibility, awareness, strength, and balance with this class. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
