Do you suffer from the pain and stiffness of arthritis or other conditions associated? Join us at HealthFit for this evidence-based, doctor-recommended program by HealthFit’s newest partners, the Arthritis Foundation.

Warm Up to Therapeutic Fitness

Suitable for every fitness level, classes are held in our heated therapy pool, conducted by an Arthritis Foundation-Certified program leader from HealthFit. Classes offer a supportive, friendly environment where participants can gently, yet significantly improve aspects of their health. Ability to swim is not required.
