Looking for an effective workout that’s fun and refreshing? Lap-swimming and low-impact, pool-based exercise are great ways to get a full-body workout, improve heart and lung function and increase flexibility, without stressing joints and bones.
HealthFit features two heated, indoor pools and a full slate of aquatic, group-exercise classes—ensuring there’s a water-based option to accommodate every fitness level. Both pools have direct access from the locker rooms and are open 5am to 10pm Monday through Friday and 7am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
Indoor Lap Pool
Swim laps or enjoy an aquatic exercise class in HealthFit’s 75-foot (25-yard), heated lap pool. Unlike the pools at many fitness centers, the six-lane HealthFit lap pool offers an uncrowded, peaceful setting for aquatic workouts.

HealthFit’s indoor therapy pool features warm, shallow water that’s ideal for stretching, balance work, physical therapy and easing back into exercise after an injury, illness or surgery. Handicap accessible, the therapy pool is equipped with a Hoyer lift to assist those who cannot enter via stairs.
Led by certified instructors, HealthFit’s nine in-water exercise classes range from invigorating and challenging to relaxing. The aqua class schedule includes weekly Zumba-, tai chi- and yoga-inspired classes, plus specialty classes designed for those with arthritis and related conditions; Parkinson’s disease, Muscular Dystrophy or other neurological disorders; and mobility challenges.
