BodyFit – Designed to increase overall strength, this class works all muscle groups by using body weight, barbells, and dumbbells. The goal is to perform high repetitions while using lower weight. The last 10-minutes focuses on core followed by stretching.
FUNcutional Fitness – This class prepares the body for real life movements and activities. Train your muscles to work together. Movements such as squatting, reaching, and lifting will be made easier. Enjoy this low impact class.
HIIT-N-Core – Increase your endurance and strength with this high intensity interval training class. This 5 rounds circuit style class will move you though stations targeting all your muscle groups. Each exercise will be done for 40 seconds with a 20 second active rest. Fire up your muscles before ending with a 15-minute core workout and stretches.
Morning Crunch – In a crunch for time to work out before work!? Blast some calories with this total body workout. This class will challenge all levels with given modifications by the instructor.
Powerplex – This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Progressive Tabata – This Tabata class is inclusive to participants of all fitness levels. 8 different exercises 8 different ways, 20 seconds at a time. Each rep will progress in complexity to warm up the body and build form to help keep joints moving safer. This class goes by fast! 5-8 minutes of stretches at the end to cool down.
Total Body Tone – Energize the core with strength and cardio exercises that target the abs, back, legs, and glutes. Finish off with a chance to let your core muscles relax with a stretching routine.
TRX – A class where your body becomes the resistance. Use the TRX suspension system and your body to get an effective workout for your core, strength, and endurance. Weights may be used.
SHRED – This intense workout will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health.
