Moms in Motion is a free service available to prenatal and postnatal moms who are scheduled or have delivered at Sarasota Memorial. HealthFit offers a variety of classes to moms who want maintain a healthy, strong, toned body.

To qualify, please have your doctor fill out the downloadable Medical Clearance Form and bring it to the HealthFit front desk where you can also pick-up your 2-month baby pass.
